Really can't think how your service could be improved "“ the process of buying was straightforward, simple and hassle-free and the courtesy and helpfulness of everyone was excellent; that in itself would have been enough to warrant leaving feedback but the after-sale service support has been "˜above and beyond expectations'.
On encountering a problem (window mechanism) a month after purchase "“ it was attended to and fixed by the company owner personally (within hours of being notified) instead of being directed to the conditions of the warranty "“ which he would have been perfectly entitled to do.

Found a very well presented little Peugeot 107 at Kudos for my daughter s first car who lives in London, as we were a little unsure simon took a slightly smaller deposit and also agreed to some remedial work post test drive.
All good so far....
Will follow up when we take collection of the car...

Having taken collection of the car a number of expensive repair issues have come to light when inspected by my mechanic which include brakes and exhaust...unfortunately for me after I took ownership of the car. I am still talking to Simon, and hoping for some help in the costs. I am pleased to report Simon got back to me and helped with some off the cost.
100% no other 2nd car company would do this...
Fantastic service...no hesitation in recommendation.
